The interior has been freshly painted, with new flooring throughout. New johns have been installed in each of the bathrooms, and a new front door is expected to be installed this week. The freshly seeded lawn is coming now and looks promising to flourish! Both the hot water heater, and (well) pressure tank are new, the septic has been recently pumped and found to be in good working order. Not much left to do but sign the papers and move in!
