There is a 8X16 screened in room providing a relaxing place to read a book and enjoy the cool night air. All of this situated in Bears Den Park & Community. The park offers pool, horseshoe pit, fitness room, clubhouse, putting green, croquet court, fire pits and coin laundry. Close to the beach, shopping and all southern Maine attractions. The seasonal fee is 3,899 and includes water, sewer and electricity. There is a 1,000.00 entry fee. Pets are welcome. Rentals are not allowed.
