The private estate has stunning views looking over Flying Passage out to Muscongus Bay, 113± acres and over 5,500± feet of shorefront; and the historic main house has been carefully renovated into a charming seasonal retreat with four bedrooms and a comfortable, rustic open living room with a large fieldstone fireplace and a dramatic oak-trussed cathedral ceiling. A classic barn includes a two-bay garage / workshop with a spacious year-round one-bedroom apartment above it and two historic cabins are nestled in the trees. One cabin functions as a game room and the other is an open bunk room with a large fireplace.
