This waterfront cottage offers it all with deep water dock, great privacy with it's expansive 26 +/- acre lot, a sweeping water view from every window and it's modern construction makes this a very rare offering. The lovely seasonal cottage is centrally located, only a 1 hour drive in either direction will land you in Portland or Camden. Cruise or sail north to Wiscasset's town landing for lunch at world famous Red's Eats or shopping along the main street. Cruise south to the open ocean to explore Boothbay Harbor or the Calendar Islands of Casco Bay. In the beginning, the island was known as Jeremisquam, a nickname islanders still use for it today. The ''Indian Wars'' around 1668, resulted in abandonment of settlements, and it was not until the 1700's that the first permanent settlers took root. The island is very peaceful today, residents of the island are friendly and with a population of only 719 according to the 2020 census, you certainly won't feel crowded.
