Paddle the Pemaquid from your own two docks and/or swim next door at the historic swimming hole at the Bristol Dam; you can also enjoy viewing the spring alewife run up the dam's newly completed stone fish ladder. The detached post and beam barn, formerly a mill, has a wealth of potential as an art gallery, gift and/or antique shop, woodworking shop, etc. Bring your imagination! Converting the barn into a garage is also a possibility. A ten minute drive further down the peninsula is the iconic village of New Harbor where you can relax on Pemaquid Beach, enjoy lobster on the wharf, and/or catch the seasonal Hardy Boat ferry to Monhegan Island.
