Here is a nice and private waterfront cabin on Hales Pond that is off the grid with much to offer and very pleasant! Gentle and reasonably flat access to the water, very pretty views with lots of wildlife, not many properties at this section of the pond, very tranquil and peaceful, a real nice retreat.

Here is a nice and private waterfront cabin on Hales Pond that is off the grid with much to offer and very pleasant! Gentle and reasonably flat access to the water, very pretty views with lots of wildlife, not many properties at this section of the pond, very tranquil and peaceful, a real nice retreat. The cabin is rustic, near the water, and about 16x20 in size, (320 SF) there is a kitchen, open living area with a wood stove, needs some work, an outhouse, the front deck is about 16x12, so there is a real nice footprint available for a possible future build and expansion.(check with the town for what is allowable) The lot is .63 of an acre with 163 feet of water frontage, and the shoreline is very decent and somewhat pristine. Lots of trees, so you can cut your own firewood. A real nature lovers paradise, with so much to offer for privacy and a great get away from it all! Good for fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, more.
