The property is currently used seasonally, but could easily be finished as a year-round home with insulation and heat tape to plumbing under the home. The walls, floors and ceilings are fully insulated. A short-drive or walk down the road will lead you to several deeded common lake access points as well as a large association dock, boat mooring area and a level grassy area leading to the association beach. Association members have the privilege of storing canoes, kayaks and the likes at the beach and dock area, as well as the ability to moor a boat. A large shed is available to store beach wears such as lawn chairs and swim floats. A lovely community in a sheltered cove! Boating to many local attractions, shopping and dining is just a short boat ride.
