In addition to the space of the unit there is a 10'x 36' three season room attached, Amenities include AC, a wet bar with a fridge and a deck to enjoy the summer months outdoors. The deck is great for entertaining and the Clubhouse is available for hosting larger events. The yard has a sprinkler system to keep the landscape happy with minimal fuss. The resort community gets to enjoy the use of a pool, 2 hot tubs, a firepit and a Clubhouse.
