Established in the late 1800s, this iconic summer theater has welcomed generations or performers and remains one of America's oldest summer theater traditions. This quaint fully furnished cottage has had extensive work completed in 2025 and offers two full bathrooms. The main bedroom lets in some beautiful natural light, and has its own private bathroom. Head up the stairs to the loft bedroom that you can use for overnight guests or extra storage. Take a quick walk to the theater or down to the community's private docks. You have easy access to Skowhegan and is right off Route 201 for any nature or outdoor type adventures that the Kennebec Valley has to offer! This is a seasonal property as the water to the camp is from May-October. The yearly HOA fee are used for lawn care, trash pickup, water, shorefront maintenance and 1-2 parking spaces on a shared gravel area.
