The water is lake drawn but has a new efficient pump and water heater and a newer dock. New siding all around and it does have a metal roof. The camp is at the end of the road, and there is plenty of parking for you and your guests. New mini split for those days when you need a little warmth, or to chill out in air conditioning. This place is cute, cute, cute and will most definitely go quickly!
