Even without authentication 17 Belmont Street evokes the same sense of a simpler time! In the same ownership since 1964 its structure and systems are solid. All flooring is harwood except for the kitchen and 2 baths. A den (or first floor bedroom) and bath already exists, and the living room w/fireplace is generously sized and inviting! Also on the first floor is a formal front entry with its fabulous arched door and original hardware, formal dining room, and a usable kitchen (DW does not work). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a full bath, a walk-in linen closet, a hall closet, and attic (insulated) access are well arranged. The full basement includes laundry storage, and workshop space. The single-car, detached, garage has limited utility but there is plenty of space to rebuild or enlarge it, or to add an additional dwelling unit (ADU).
